Our Story
The shift to online learning in nursing education underscores the importance of maintaining caring pedagogies in virtual environments. Research shows that students’ perception of faculty caring enhances engagement, academic success, and overall satisfaction. Currently, no standardized method exists to measure or evaluate faculty caring behaviors in online settings. Faculty often modify their approaches without formal guidance, leading to inconsistency and missed opportunities for connection.
